Things have just quieted down after the holidays and now we have a chance to catch everyone up on our adventures (here’s the photos).
We took our very first overnight road trip to Blairsville to see Maw Maw and Paw Paw. Man, does Tyson travel with a lot of baggage! Overall, I think he was a very good house guest.
The big day was here in Atlanta. We started with a nice quiet Christmas morning at home. Later we went over to G-mom’s for dinner, during which a Christmas miracle happened! We had our first white Christmas in Atlanta in 128 years! Just half an inch, but we’ll take it. I hope Tyson doesn’t expect this every year now.
After all that snow melted away (ha), we went to visit friends. Kayla napped while Tyson rocked out with the band (a.k.a. Sandi and I making fools of ourselves playing Rock Band)!
The folks from Philly made it down for a quick visit. They showered the little guy with gifts and us with essentials – booze and chocolate!
Speaking of booze, Travis and I did manage to stay up and ring in the new year with a glass of champagne. Of course we did go to bed immediately after.
Now the holidays are over and it’s back to work. Tyson just finished his first week of day care and we all survived, including me.
Happy 2011 everyone!
Great Photos……. We do have a beautiful bundle of joy! I love all the photos but now… I am sad because I need a baby Travie Hug from him. Congratulations on your first week of work and our baby’s first week of daycare. Remember that Mawmaw and Pawpaw are only a phone call away. Hugs and love to you all.
Loved the pictures, keep them coming. Sounds like a busy Christmas filled with lots of family love. We send our love!
Love the pictures! So happy you all had a white Christmas…we have that in common. Tyson takes the best pictures. Keep ’em coming please!
Wow – what a dear little chap Tyson clearly is, we love looking at your photos and seeing Carol there too! Happy New Year to you three from us here in the UK xx

The pictures are just grrrreat!!! I look at them over and over again. I miss being there with you guys, and being able to just come and visit when I need a Tyson fix. I do that with JP, (Jeremiah Pulley). Glad you had a white Christmas. Looks like everyone had a wonderful time just sharing the love! We just got another 5″ of snow today. It is really beautiful. No matter how many times it snows, I take pictures. I love the snow!! Time to go and get some sleep. Love to all and keep the pictures coming. Nana
