Hard to believe the little dude is 1! We started off the day with a birthday breakfast at Waffle House. Then daddy attempted to put together Tyson’s new car (thanks Grandpop!), but due to more parts than anticipated and Tyson’s “help”, the project had to be put off for another time. After lunch and a good nap, he was ready for the party. A good time was had by all! I think Tyson loved each and every one of his gifts. He was very cautious with his cake…taking his time and only using a couple fingers to swipe some icing. I know many were expecting a big mess, but he was relatively tame! After all the family and friends departed, we finished cleaning up and removing toys from their packaging (wow – you truly need tools to bust through some of that packaging – one toy was literally screwed to the box!). It was a great day. Enjoy the photos!
P.S. Thanks Ali, Beth, and Jen for our additional surprise birthday party on Monday!
What a cutie!!! Cannot wait to get my hugs in! 🙂
Loved the pictures as usual enjoyed seeing all of you at Kayla’s party and looks like Tyson enjoyed his party very much. I see he loves the boxes the toys come in as much as the toys. Have fun it just gets better. Love you all.
Wow, its hard to believe a year has passed so quickly – what a lovely little chap Tyson looks, happy belated birthday to him. xx
The pictures are really great guys. One of my favorites is him crawling with the tongue out. It reminds me of daddy, (great grandpa “Beans”). Its hard to believe that he is one already. That red hair is really growing back fast. Maybe he gets that from me. I still have to have mine cut every four weeks to keep it short enough. Thanks for sending me a few pictures. I have a list of #”s for you. You didn’t think you would get off that easy, did you? Give each other hugs for me and remember to LIVE SIMPLE, LAUGH OFTEN, LOVE DEEPLY. “Nana”
Good times!!!!!!!!!!!!love u all,,,Vic
