Hi everyone, we are still in the hospital and slated to leave on Tuesday. We promise to then post a huge array of pictures, but here is one to hold you over and let you know the family is doing fine.

I love how chubby he looks! So sweet!!! Absolutely perfect. 🙂 Also glad they are giving Amanda a few days to recover. Cannot wait to see more pictures of Tyson. When can I come visit? 🙂

I tried to ring your mobile (cellphone) yesterday but couldn’t get through. I wouldn’t blame you if you turned it off for a bit of peace and quiet!
Hope you are all three doing well, and Amanda is getting some well-deserved rest. I think the hospitals in the US are a bit rough, turfing you out tomorrow! Crikey! Do they expect Amanda to be out in the fields hoeing cotton by next weekend?
Maybe you should consider coming to stay with us for the next baby, because the hospitals here keep you in for a lot longer to recuperate. Last year when I had my neck operation, I was kept in the hospital for six nights, and I only had a little 4″ scar on the back of my neck!
Anyway, enjoy the little big guy, this is a great time for you both to spend at home with your handsome new boy.
Awwwww…so chunky, pink and healthy!!! He already looks like a 3-month old, which is a good thing because you won’t feel like you’re gonna break him if you hold him the wrong way 🙂 Wow, you guys – I can’t wait to meet this little guy. He’s so stinkin’ cute! Hope to see your new little family soon!
Tyson is absolutely adorable!!! Congratulations! One comment tho’…. Thanks bunches for the anniversary present!!! LOL! We can’t wait to see him in person.
I got to see my little baby Travie today and oh, what a beautiful baby he is…….. He made me cry because he is so perfect! I can’t wait to see him again real soon. I know that my trips to Atlanta will be more frequent. Maybe later on, Mama and Daddy will even let me take care of him so they can have a little alone time.
Anyway…. whenever you need me. Mawmaw is only a phone call away. I am so happy for all of us….. oh yea… Papa is so very excited about Tyson Edward Cook—- you could not have given him a better present!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He is beautiful and healthy…YIPEEEE!! He’s already a lil’ man! Rest well. I know you two cannot wipe the smile off your faces right now. Thinking of you both and the new man in town 🙂 Delight
Met the cuddly bear today! He is so sweet and easy going! Can’t wait to hold him again soon. You guys did awesome. Once again, congratulations on your beautiful baby!!!!
yeepee…today u get to go home and start ur new life.Hope all is well and i know Tyson will adjust well to his new surroundings.THANKS SO MUCH for letting us visit in the hospital and we will plan to visit yall soon at the house- (who can stay away from that lil cutie for very long anyway?)Keep in touch…and if u need anything-im a phone call away!!! Thanks for all the pictures. I’ve already passed them on to my friends and family here. Travis; he is just so beautiful! I can’t stop crying. I just wish I could be there with you guys so very much. Cherish each and every moment; they go by so fast. He truely is my answered prayer for you. Love, Mom
Well you two, You did a good job he is a cutie. What a nice Birthday gift for me to have him born almost to the min. plus 60 years of me..lol but I am very happy for you sometimes it takes a long time to get what you want but it is worth the wait. Amy was the same way sooooooooooooooo watch out sometimes it comes in bunches she will have #2 the first of Dec. just 15 months apart.
